I started taking biotin a while ago after it was recommended to me, but I got a bit fed up with all the capsules. That’s why I wanted to try these gummies instead. They’ve honestly been my favourite way to take it really easy and the taste is great, more like a fruity sweet than a supplement. Almost have to remind myself not to take more than one. Overall, really happy with them. Good quality, easy to stick with, just wish the tub was a bit bigger.
